	The Big Boss - Gary smith. Gary has been CEO of Ignite for over 15 years. He is passionate to see the Ignite mandate come true: for this generation to see the greatest move of God this nation has ever seen. He loves cheese on his christmas cake and telling funny stories.
	Ruth Probert - IgniteHope 2012 Coordinator Ruth is passionate about people coming to know Jesus Christ! She believes that young people and churches working together through IgniteHope will really impact local communities. She loves drinking tea and normally has lost the plot by Friday noon
	Cerys Gemma Cerys is great asset to the team. She is motivated and always encouraging. She makes fantastic brownie which is a joy but also slight worry for the teams waistlines.
	Hannah Preece Davies Hannah is a university student but is giving her precious free time to get on board the IgniteHope 2012 team. She is enthusiastic and loves working with people. She is currently knitting a jumper for a horse she’d like to bring on the IgniteHope 2012 site...
	Mike Thomas - Site King Mike has designed and managed the IgniteHope site in both 2008 and 2010. He is a youth worker at Rumney chapel, leader of show Jesus Cymru and is generally a total legend. He loves putting up marquees and does not like to be hugged.
	Lyndon Leech - Fundraiser extrodanaire Lyndon has been fundraising for IgniteHope since January 2011. He has wide experience in fund raising and business practice. He struggles to wait for lunch and normally eats his sandwiches mid-morning.
	Dom Phair - technicle whizz Dom is a very creative individual who knows pretty much everything to do with technology! This is always a good gift to bring to the Ignite Office. Wohoo.
	Makafui Adorkobidji - music man Mak is an amazing musician and is keen to use his gift to get you guys excited about the gospel and about IgniteHope. He is too cool for school.
